48 HOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY
Lessons can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your lesson time.

NO CANCELLATION POLICY
No Cancellations, No Refunds, All Reservations are Final! Because of Florida weather some short notice rescheduling will be allowed with the approval of OWC Management.
When making a reservation at OWC, please follow these steps:

• Complete, PRINT AND SIGN the credit card authorization form from http://www.orlandowatersports.com/Credit_Card_Authorization or obtain it from our office staff.

• Fax or email to 407.816.9070 or info@orlandowatersports.com at your earliest convenience.

• Reservations are not confirmed till this form has been received and processed by our sales office staff.

• Please keep in mind our 2 weeks cancellation and 24 hours rescheduling policies.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
• Annual, bi-annual, monthly and weekly memberships start the date of purchase and expire the consecutive year, half year, month or week after the date of purchase.

• Memberships are non-transferable. No rain checks or refunds.

• No blackout dates apply.

• OWC boat 10-packs are for one rider only.

• OWC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen 10-pack cards!

• Memberships do not include any rental equipment (e.g. life vest, board or combo).

• OWC reserves the right to terminate any membership passes if fraudulent wristband usage has been determined or for any other reason management deems valid grounds for termination.

• OWC does not freeze or hold any annual, 6 month, monthly or weekly passes due to injuries or any other circumstances; However, OWC offers an insurance plan for annual and 6 month passes for an additional rate. Under this plan, if you sustain an injury at OWC while wakeboarding, waterskiing, or wakeskating, you will need to provide within 1 week of the injury, a doctors note stating that you are unable to wakeboard, waterski, wakeskate, only then will OWC will freeze your pass up to 6 month total per pass.

• In case of two current pass holders in the same family (brother, sister, mother, father) a third and fourth pass will receive a 10% discount.

WARNING
• No rain checks or refunds on wristband sales. All sales are final. Cable passes are non-transferable.

• FRAUDELENT use of wristbands or any tickets will result in disciplinary action. All riders involved will be charged $50.00 each and will lose the use of that wristband or ticket.

• ANNUAL, BI-ANNUAL, MONTHLY AND WEEKLY PASS HOLDERS WILL CAUSE THEIR PASS TO EXPIRE IMMEDIATELY.
