Got to ride OWC this week while in Orlando on business. Had a very good time riding.
First time cable, first time with sliders. Hope you locals are stoked and we'll probably never get one in SoCal (especially not one so central like OWC).

Slalom Coach
Last week I met Glenn Fletcher, your ski coach and boat driver. It was fun and a great learning experience. Glenn had the right approach to pushing my skill level up a notch while not getting me pissed like some coaches.
Be sure to tell him thanks again.
Also it may help to have an onboard video camera for more quick and meaningful feedback to the skier. Glenn would have a hard time with this while driving but maybe something could be worked out. |

Hi Rene,
We have come to Florida from California for vacation two years in a row now. Last year we rented some boards from OWC and the year we brought our own. We spent two days at OWC this year Aug 5 and Aug 8. We would have been back Aug 9 but I had to ship our boards, bindings, and vests back to California that day.
Our little girl, Roxanne, had a great time at OWC. I asked her if she would rather go to Hawaii next year or come back to Florida and the answer was quickly Florida. So we will most likely spend 3 days next year at OWC.
We all liked the control operator running the cable system on Thursday, Aug 8. He was helpful getting Roxanne and I riding side by side as well as riding side by side with my wife. He was really entertaining and we all really enjoyed the day.
Please give him a thanks from all of us. He was really great.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed visiting your facility. My sons, CK & Glenn, took an hour with Dave, rode the cables for an hour, and enjoyed every minute of it!

We all had great fun there. Thanks very much for the opportunity.
We all thought the waterpark was the best part of the trip. The kids were asking to go back more days while we were there. Next time. Everybodies initial reaction to the cable idea has been cautious. Not sure if that makes good sense. All of us are very experiencedwith boats so it looks like something is missing. What we all end up liking so much about it is the chance to continuously keep trying new things and improving. It is a different experience than with a boat.
After hearing about our experience, my brother now is thinking about bringing his family down.

Hey, I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for taking such good care of Samantha, my stepdaughter, during her recent visit to OWC for summer camp (she attended during the first week you offered the camp this year). From all accounts, Samantha's riding skills developed enormously and she is going big--also, Samantha is clearly hooked on wakeboarding now. She talks about wakeboarding even more than I do, which is no small feat.
I haven't been able to come to OWC to thank you personally because I am studying for the bar exam and I will thus be tied up until the end of this month. I plan to visit OWC shortly after the bar exam, however, with Samantha in tow as my wakeboarding partner. Thanks again for making her summer camp at OWC such a resounding success. She is already asking to go back to OWC for another camp.

Big Thanks
HI there,
Just wanted to send a big thank you to OWC and the staff. My girl friend and myself were out from California last week and we had a blast. The park is really cool and there were some really good riders on the water.
A extra big thanks to Zak and Chancey, you guys were way cool and made us feel at home. Keep up the good work and if your ever out this way let us know. Would love to hook up with you guys and get you out on the Delta. Again, thanks for all the smiles and good vibes. You guys are great.

Great Coach = Great Fun
Hi, just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed my visit to your complex. I hired Glenn Fletcher for slalom lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday of last week and it was great. Glenn has a unique coaching approach that helps you move forward. Scale of 1 to 10 Glenn is a 10 in my book. I am planning another business trip to Orlando in approximately 3 months. You can bet I will stop by for more lessons with Glenn.
