After 4 weeks of shredding, it all came down to this: the final stop of our Cable Fever National Points Chase competitions! As in previous weeks, the weather gave us a hard time, but we didn't give up. After about a half hour heavy rain delay, we kicked off the competition at 6:30PM and managed to finish it around 8:30PM, with the awards being wrapped up by closing time at 9PM. Read More... |
Stop 4 of our "Cable Fever" National Points Chase competitions brought nothing but great weather and even better riding! After our huge time-saving format adjustments from last week, we decided to continue with that setup and add one last change: if a rider did not have a standup pass in turn 2, he/she would now get picked up right away for his/her wild card trick. Instead of having them come back to the dock for a third trun, like last week, resulting in time to spare at the end of the day.

OWC is exited to announce the installation of our new submergible slalom course! This allows us to provide both wakeboarders as well as slalom skiers with a great riding experience. The course can be lifted up to the surface for slalom sets and sunk back down for wakeboarding sets. This process does take up to approximately 30 minutes in total prep and reset time, therfore we have new reservation information regarding any future slalom sets!

Due to the Air Nautique WWA Wakeboard National Championships coming up July 14 - 18, we have decided to move our final stop of the "Cable Fever" National Points Chase from Thursday July 15 to Tuesday July 13! Read More... |
Our OWC riders really cranked things up a notch for the 3rd week of our Cable Fever series! Like in week 1 the weather was against once again, but it didn't stop anybody from seriously throwing down. Our number of riders wasn't as large as last week, but it was definitely quality over quantity this time around. "OWC isn't an air trick cable..." think again; our advanced and pro divisions threw down with sick air tricks all over the cable!
