2010 National Points Chase Stop 3 RESULTS!

Our OWC riders really cranked things up a notch for the 3rd week of our Cable Fever series! Like in week 1 the weather was against once again, but it didn't stop anybody from seriously throwing down. Our number of riders wasn't as large as last week, but it was definitely quality over quantity this time around. "OWC isn't an air trick cable..." think again; our advanced and pro divisions threw down with sick air tricks all over the cable!

We also decided to go with a slight change in the format this time; if the riders had a stand-up pass for their second turn, they would continue riding for their wild card trick right away. This ended up saving a lot of time, so we managed to run through all of the divisions with day light to spare.

The Cable Fever series are part of the CableWakeboard.com National Points Chase that is connecting riders and parks all over the United States. In October TSR will host the national points championship that will include scoring for both individuals and team contests. Riders must place in the top three at their respective park to qualify to compete in the Championship. Overall will be decided by the top 4 out of 5 events for each rider so that riders can miss a stop or drop their lowest stop's score.

10. Pro riders throwing air tricks not only after tower 4(the usually most preferred spot) but also after tower 5, 1, 2 & 3!
