FORMAT
This year we're changing things up a little to help streamline the day's events and make it more entertaining for the spectators and more fair for the riders.

There will be qualifying and finals for each division. The qualifying round will include two back to back laps around the cable. The top 6 scores will make it to finals where you get two more laps. You will be seated based on how you qualified. If you fall, that's the end of your run so make sure to stick all your tricks!

The Outlaw division will have a different format for finals. We will select 3 or 4 obstacles on the cable as part of the comp. This will depend on how much time we have left in the day. Most likely the kicker, a-frame, flat rail and/or Nessy. These may be different for wakeskate. Each rider will get one chance to hit each obstacle and throw his/her best trick. All 6 riders will hit one obstacle and then we move on to the next obstacle and run through the 6 riders again. Points are scored (0-5, 5 being highest and 0 for falling) for each obstacle and tallied in the end to determine a final winner. It's basically a "sickest trick" contest on each of the obstacles. Even if you don't win each obstacle, you can be the overall winner by being consistent on your tricks and not falling. If you fall, you will not receive any points for that particular obstacle. There will be a $50 cash prize for winning each individual obstacle, Go out and throw your sickest trick!

JUDGING/SCORING
The judging is completely subjective. Your scoring criteria is based on 3 things: how technical your tricks are, how stylish the tricks look, and how big you go.

AWARDS
Classy looking medals and other stuff. All entrants will receive a goodie bag that includes a Slider Spectacular t-shirt, stickers, and other misc. stuff.

The overall winners of each division in the series will receive wakeboarding gear and/or 3 or 6 month cable passes!

PRACTICE
There will be no practice time on the day of the competition.
