We just wrapped up the 2nd of 3 events in the Slider Spectacular Series. The 2nd event was the biggest turnout we've had so far with 74 entries in 9 divisions. The last event will take place on Sunday, November 6th. We've added a $15 late fee for late registrations on Sunday. Normal registration ends at 8pm on Saturday, November 5th. We added a "Sickest Trick Award" as part of our final event of the year. The Sickest Trick Award will be judged off the Big White kicker. We've chosen this ramp cause it's at the end of the slider course. You can throw down your normal routine and go all out for your last trick. Basically, whoever throws the best trick will grace the pages of Wakeboarding magazine.

The Slider Spectacular Series has been a favorite among the many riders that come to OWC. This is a SLIDERS ONLY competition. That's right, no air tricks allowed in this comp! This year we've added 3 new
divisions: Groms (kids 10 and under), Masters (men over 28), and a special Pro Outlaw Division. The Outlaw and Advanced divisions are the same skill level except Outlaw awards cash and Advanced awards medals and stuff.

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!
If you register early, you'll get a free 2-hour pass which can be used anytime before the competition. Registration ends at 8pm on the Saturday before the contest. There will be a $15.00 late fee to register on the day of the contest. late registration is from 9:30 to 10:00 am. You can always call us and we'll register you or you can fax in your registration form to 407-816-9070. There will be no registrations after 10:00 am. We have about 55 t-shirts so sign up early and pick up your shirt before we run out.
- $35 for wakeboard or wakeskate (excludes Pro Outlaw)
- $50 for both wakeboard and wakeskate (excludes Pro Outlaw)
- Pro Outlaw Division is $50 - What we're doing in this division is putting a big portion of each entry fee into a cash pot and the top 3 will walk away with some cash. The more entries we have in this division, the bigger the cash payout! No medals will be awarded for this division, just a certificate and cash.
A Slider Spectacular T-shirt will be included with your entry fee. Only one t-shirt per person. We only have 55 T-shirts so register early to insure you get one!

Sliders Only! There will be two rounds of competition. The best score of the two rounds will be used to determine the winner. Each round will include two passes on the cable. This will allow you to hit every obstacle.
If you fall, that's the end of your run.
The judging is completely subjective. Your scoring criteria is based on 3 parts: how technical your tricks are, how stylish the tricks look, and how big you go. Each of the criteria counts equally so make sure you try to touch on all 3 parts.
You will be awarded points for your finish in each event. i.e. 1st place gets 10 points. 2nd gets 9 points. 3rd gets 8 points. 4th gets 7 points and so on down the placements.
The best 2 finishes out of 3 events will determine the overall winner of the series. If you compete in all 3 events, you'll get 2 bonus points added to your overall score.
Instead of the bulky surfer trophies from years past, we're gonna have classy looking medals and certificates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. All entrants will receive a goodie bag that includes a Slider Spectacular t-shirt, stickers, and other misc. stuff. Each Slider Spectacular event will have a different color t-shirt.
No medals will be award for Pro Outlaw.
The overall winners of each division in the series will receive wakeboarding gear and/or 3 or 6 month cable passes!
There will be no practice time on the day of the competition.
