Wake The Line Qualifier May 11

 

„O’Neill Wake The Line“ Qualifier 2013 OWC / Florida

On May 11th the official „O’Neill Wake The Line“ Qualifier series is hitting

the US. Orlando Watersports Complex Florida is preparing for an epic

battle for three Wildcards for the „O’Neill Wake The Line presented by

Relentless Energy Drink“ main event in Cologne/Germany May 24/25th

2013.

Traditionally the “O’Neill Wake The Line” Qualifier series is not only

attracting super talented newcomers, but also some pretty well-known

names in wakeboarding. Within the US, the concentration of those

naturally reaches a higher level than elsewhere.

Starting with the judges, OWC committed no other than rail experts and

“O’Neill Wake The Line” participants MARC ROSSITER and BRIAN

REEDER, as well as ERIC RUCK on choosing the three Wildcard

winners.

With the “O’Neill Wake The Line” judging criteria of control, consistency

and creativity – they will for sure have a tough job, since the names on

the entry list already promise first class wakeboard action.

Just to name some of the competitors: JIMMY LARICHE, ADAM ERRINGTON, MIKE DOWDY, NATE PERRY, The BREDDAS, CODY HESSE, OLI DEROME, KYLE EVANS already signed up at OWC - also with RAPH DEROME, who will probably just ride for training, since he already earned his spot at „O’Neill Wake The Line“.

Pulled by System 2.0 the setup will consist of the typical “O’Neill Wake

The Line” UNIT Parktech features: Quarter Pipe and Kicker, but will also

include UNIT’s NICO VON LERCHENFELD signature feature.

Only the one’s who will master their runs close to perfection will be

rewarded with a Wildcard to the „O’Neill Wake The Line“ main event.
