Come show us all your best tricks on the cable for a chance to win some incredible prizes, make new friends and even learn some new tricks! This is a two day jam format competition that is great for competitors of all levels. We also guarantee that everyone gets at least 2 chances to ride in the event!

 Sept 13th and 15th USA Wakeboard College Nationals

Boat and Cable College Nationals will be taking place at OWC. The top colleges from around the nation will come together to crown a boat, cable and overall champion.

AUG 24TH 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Everyone is invited to attend. Locals, water sports enthusiasts, and people from around the globe plan to enjoy the day at the watersports complex. At the 20th Anniversary Celebration, those attending will be able to ride the standard and advanced cables all day for $20, tube a 20-minute session for $20, or splash for two hours on the Aquapark for $20.

In addition, there will be a Big Air Contest for wakeboarders to see who can do the biggest and best trick for a chance to win $200. There also will be an Aquapark Race to determine who will be the fastest person through a pre-determined course with the winner receiving a $200 credit to the Aquapark or cable. There is a $20 entry fee for either contest.

May 25-26th OWC’s King of the Cable

Local event where the OWC riders will compete to see who will be crowned 2019’s King of the Cable. With 8 division the contest will have something for riders of all skill levels and sure to please all spectators.

April 27th – Nautique Masters LCQ

The Last Chance Qualifier is an event for professionals to qualify for the Nautique Masters Waters Ski and Wakeboard Tournament.

20th anniversary of the grass root event.

March 8th / April 8th Homeschool Days

OWC hosted an event with the local homeschool community. With over 30 first time riders at each event, our instructors worked directly with them to provide a fun and empowering day on the water.

March 2-3 – OWC’s Spring Classic

The Spring Classic is an annual college event with both boat and cable contests. There were over 9 different colleges competing this year with over 140 total rider entrants in the event. The competition was fierce but the hometown college team Knights Wake won both cable and boat for the event.

February 16 – UCF Ride Day

OWC gave UCF students the opportunity to ride for free at the park with the help out Knights Wake, the wakeboard club at UCF. We had over 50 riders come out to take advantage of the event which we host every spring and fall Semester.
